Geography

In Geography we aim for children to gain specific geographical knowledge and key skills linked to Geography. We use the Focus Education curriculum as a base for our work. We link our Literacy work through our units too.

At both key stages the sticky knowledge takes full account of the national curriculum’s main characteristics of:

• Locational knowledge
• Place knowledge
• Human and Physical geography
• Geographical skills and fieldwork
