Shout-Out Blog

Here is where we showcase all the amazing things you have been doing at home, as well as in school, over the past week.

Scroll down below to see photos of all the activities and examples of work, as well as comments from the teachers.

Thank you to everyone that has contributed by sending photos and discussing their child with their class teacher - keep them coming!

Nursery

  • Elleya made a lovely drawing of a train and she was able to make up her own story about some characters on a train. Super work Elleya.
  • Dimitrios has been busy reading lots of books. His favourite books at the moment are the Oe series. He also found a recipe in a book for some chocolate truffles and asked ti make them. He helped to melt the chocolate and prepare the other ingredients. He then decorated the truffles with his sister when they had cooled down.  Dimitrios has been doing lots of gardening while the weather was good. He helped to collect the first radishes and planted some other seed. He collected some leaves from the garden and discussed how they were different and he put them in a flower press to use later for craft activities. He has also made a family tree using photographs of all his relatives. Well done Dimitrios, you have been very busy.
