Letter from Nursery Staff w/c 15th June

Date: 12th Jun 2020 @ 12:07pm

Dear Parents/Carers.

We are very excited to see some of you back at school next week. Please show your child the photographs on the PowerPoint and talk to them about the new routine in school. Tell your child that Mrs Hamilton will be outside and will show them where to stand and she will be so happy to spend time with them again. We will spend some time talking about keeping ourselves safe and how we can still be friendly without hugging or getting too close to each other.

To those children staying at home activities will be continued to be put on Tapestry for you to access if you like.  Next week we are continuing with our topic on Transport and Journeys. We will be looking at the book Please Don’t Chat to the Driver. We will be doing some drawing and writing. In maths we be looking at finding an amount from a group.  There will also be a link for you to have a go at some yoga. We will continue to look at a letter sound and there will be a work book for you to complete. Keep posting on Tapestry so we can see what you’ve been doing even if it’s something completely different.

The National Academy

The National Academy is continuing to post lessons online for you to access if you wish. Week 7 English is focused on a bus story so it ties in beautifully with our topic.
