Shout-Outs and More!

Hi everyone! On to the forth week of the current lockdown blog.

Take a look below to look at some examples of amazing work you have been doing both in and out of school.

Thank you to everyone that has contributed by sending photos and discussing their work with their class teacher through email, Tapestry or Purple Mash. We love to know how you are getting on with your learning!

Year 6

Last week the children in school in Year 6 had the chance to make some Brazillian food. Not only was it fun and the food was delicious (well, most of it) but they didn't set the fire alarm off either! Great achievemnet Year 6, well done!

An excellent effort shown by Eddie in 4S. He is completing lots of brilliant work every day. These are 2 examples of the fantastic writing he has done. Keep working hard Eddie!

Year 3

The children in school have finished their volcano artwork and they look brilliant. Here are some wonderful examples by Lexi, Harmony, Tasnim and Chloe.

Lybah has created a great poster about friendship and why Elizah is such a good friend and Sofia has drawn this amazing Gruffalo on Purple Mash.

Shout outs also go out to the following children for uploading high quality work onto Purple Mash every day:

3E - Ayesha, Abdur-Rahmaan, Lybah, Sam, Awen, Harry,  Noah D, Katerina and Jasmina.

3J - Elizah, Amaya, Ria, Zuzanna and Laiba.

Year 2

Some fab work by Emberleigh, Katie, Rasta and Talayah this week. Emberleigh's been coding characters to move and when a collision is detected she's made a sound play. Very clever! Katie made some wonderful Jam tarts as part of our English topic. Rasta did a super piece of Science work researching trees and Talayah has produced some fantastic Maths work taking care with her presentation. Well done everyone!
